Research overview
What we publish, and how to use it
CeprLab publishes its research so that clinicians, scientists, students, and the public can read and apply it. Most of our work appears in peer-reviewed journals — checked carefully by other researchers before publication. Where journal policy and funding permit, we make our papers free to read (open access).
If you took part in a study, you can see where the findings were published — or request a plain-language summary. Clinicians: the "Guidelines & reviews" section points to the consensus statements and systematic reviews most relevant to practice. Researchers: every featured paper carries a DOI and citation so you can cite our work and reach the lead authors.

Editorial standards
How we handle authorship, data & corrections
Four standing commitments that govern every publication CeprLab is associated with.
ICMJE authorship criteria
Author lists follow the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors guidelines: substantial contribution · drafting or critically revising · final approval · accountability. Acknowledgments capture contributors who don't meet all four.
Open access preference
Where journal policy and funding permit, CeprLab pursues Gold or Green OA (Diamond OA preferred when available). Self-archiving in institutional or subject repositories is standard for accepted manuscripts.
Data sharing on request
De-identified datasets are shared with reasonable academic requests, subject to ethics scope and data-protection law. Open datasets are deposited on Zenodo or institutional repositories under permissive licensing.
Errata & corrections
Errors identified post-publication are reported to the journal and noted on the affected entry in our archive. Material corrections trigger an erratum; minor errors are marked with an editorial note.
For research participants
If you took part in one of our studies
The findings usually end up published here — in a scientific journal where other researchers can read them. Your personal information is never included; we only publish combined results from all participants. It usually takes 1–2 years from the end of a study until the findings are published.
- Anonymous results onlyYour name, identity, and personal details are never published — only combined group results.
- Typical timeline1–2 years from the end of a study to publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
- Plain-language summary on requestEmail us and we'll send a summary written without medical jargon.
