1. Not medical advice
The content on this website — including descriptions of research findings, study outcomes, rehabilitation protocols, and exercise interventions — is provided for informational and scientific purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on information from this website to make decisions about your health or the health of others. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, treatment, or rehabilitation programme.
2. CeprLab is a research laboratory, not a clinical service
In a medical emergency, call 166
CeprLab is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a health emergency, call emergency services immediately.
CeprLab conducts clinical research involving human participants, exercise testing, and rehabilitation-related measurements. Participation in CeprLab studies requires eligibility screening and informed consent. The existence of clinical-research activity does not make CeprLab a healthcare provider or a clinical facility in the ordinary sense. If you have been referred to a CeprLab study by a healthcare provider, follow the instructions provided by your study coordinator.
3. Research findings and generalisability
Research findings described on this site are drawn from specific study populations under defined conditions. Results may not generalise to all individuals, clinical contexts, or settings. Scientific knowledge in exercise physiology and rehabilitation is continually evolving; findings published at the time of a study may subsequently be refined or superseded. CeprLab strives for accuracy but makes no guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free from error. Where content relates to published research, the primary source is the peer-reviewed publication, which should be consulted directly.
4. External links
Links to external websites (journal publishers, funding agencies, partner institutions, professional organisations) are provided for reference only. CeprLab does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or accuracy of any external site.
5. Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. Changes take effect on the date shown above, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version. Contact: ceprlab@uth.gr.
